BAYOU ‘N BROOKLYN MUSIC FESTIVAL
This year marks the 1st annual Festival celebrating Cajun-Zydeco-Creole-Louisiana Blues Music. For two days at Jalopy Theatre Deborah Monlux presenting a variety of instrument workshops, a Cajun Community Jam and a gumbo dinner. Come on down May 6-7 ,2011 and join in this community festival.

Jim Allen’s For the Sake of the Song is a weekly show focusing on the art of the singer/songwriter, and every week (barring special guests), it includes the New York Country Corner, playing local country artists and running down a club calendar of NYC country events.
